New Mexico Permanent Makeup License Requirements

The state of New Mexico issues permanent makeup licenses. To apply, you must first be approved by the New Mexico state board of cosmetology. To apply, call (505) 476-4690. If you hold a license from another state, call the same number.

Once you are a member, you must pass a theory and a State Law examination.
