Massachusetts Permanent Makeup License Requirements

The Massachusetts Board of Cosmetology has prohibited permanent cosmetics from being done in a licensed cosmetology salon. Read more here.

You will have to check with your city or county to know if they require you become licensed as a body art practitioner and that your establishment become licensed as a body art or cosmetic tattoo establishment.
