Delaware Permanent Makeup License Requirements

The state of Delaware doesn’t license permanent makeup artists. They do, however, license body art establishments.

In order to practice in the state of Delaware, you must first make sure you are practicing in a licensed establishment. If you wish to open one for your practice, you’ll need a body art establishment license. The fee is $100 and you must fill out this application.
