Colorado Permanent Makeup License Requirements

The Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists is the regulating office issuing cosmetology and esthetician licenses in Colorado.
In order to perform permanent makeup services in the state of Colorado, you must be a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist and have finished at least 132 hours of training under an apprenticeship program.
